Press Releases and Media Channels. Press Releases will be delivered to ensure timely communication of the progress of the WP. The table below gives an overview of the European press and media channels on which ESCAPE will leverage on during the project lifetime to maximize visibility. Non-European channels (US channels as well as national channels) may also be exploited. The list is not exhaustive and targets may be added to or some removed over the lifetime of the project. At the same time, it is imperative to highlight that not all of these channels may be contacted, they will be selected on a case-by-case basis according to the communication content. Social media interaction with the magazine profiles will be explored, too. In addition, all the partners will be asked to exploit at their best also their own press offices and media channels in order to create the right visibility for the project outcomes.   • E6 Publicity, Media and Official Enquiries E6.1 The Contractor shall not:

  • RELEASE OF GENERAL INFORMATION TO THE PUBLIC AND MEDIA NASA or Partner may, consistent with Federal law and this Agreement, release general information regarding its own participation in this Agreement as desired. Pursuant to Section 841(d) of the NASA Transition Authorization Act of 2017, Public Law 115-10 (the "NTAA"), NASA is obligated to publicly disclose copies of all agreements conducted pursuant to NASA's 51 U.S.C. §20113(e) authority in a searchable format on the NASA website within 60 days after the agreement is signed by the Parties. The Parties acknowledge that a copy of this Agreement will be disclosed, without redactions, in accordance with the NTAA.

  • MPS LOGO/PUBLICITY No Contractor shall use the MPS Logo in its literature or issue a press release about the subject of this Contract without prior written notice to and written approval of MPS’s Executive Director of Communications & Outreach.

  • Media Releases A. Grantee shall not use System Agency’s name, logo, or other likeness in any press release, marketing material or other announcement without System Agency’s prior written approval. System Agency does not endorse any vendor, commodity, or service. Grantee is not authorized to make or participate in any media releases or public announcements pertaining to this Grant Agreement or the Services to which they relate without System Agency’s prior written consent, and then only in accordance with explicit written instruction from System Agency.

  • Publicity, Media and Official Enquiries 22.1 Without prejudice to the Authority’s obligations under the FOIA, neither Party shall make any press announcements or publicise the Contract or any part thereof in any way, except with the written consent of the other Party.

  • Information Technologies Cooperation 1. The aims of cooperation in Information Technologies sectors, carried out in the mutual interest of the Parties and in compliance with their policies, will be: (a) to focus on cooperative activities towards information technology areas where mutual and complementary interests exists; and (b) to build on existing agreements and arrangements already in place between the Parties. 2. Information Technologies cooperation may include, but not be limited to: (a) scientific and technical cooperation for the Software Industry of the Parties and encouraging cooperation in software development for populations with specific needs; (b) facilitate the cooperation on academic, industrial and entrepreneurial networks in the area of Information Technology; (c) encouraging exchange of experience on management and research and development for Information Technology Parks; (d) research and development on Information Technology products and services, integrating television, multimedia, and cellular telephones; and (e) encouraging exchange of experience for research and development in networks and telecommunications.

  • MEGAN’S LAW DISCLOSURE Pursuant to the provisions of Title 46, Chapter 23, Part 5 of the Montana Code Annotated, certain individuals are required to register their address with the local law enforcement offices agencies as part of Montana’s Sexual and Violent Offender Registration Act.   • SERVICE MONITORING, ANALYSES AND ORACLE SOFTWARE 11.1 We continuously monitor the Services to facilitate Oracle’s operation of the Services; to help resolve Your service requests; to detect and address threats to the functionality, security, integrity, and availability of the Services as well as any content, data, or applications in the Services; and to detect and address illegal acts or violations of the Acceptable Use Policy. Oracle monitoring tools do not collect or store any of Your Content residing in the Services, except as needed for such purposes. Oracle does not monitor, and does not address issues with, non-Oracle software provided by You or any of Your Users that is stored in, or run on or through, the Services. Information collected by Oracle monitoring tools (excluding Your Content) may also be used to assist in managing Oracle’s product and service portfolio, to help Oracle address deficiencies in its product and service offerings, and for license management purposes.
