Common use of President of the College Clause in Contracts

President of the College. If the grievance is not resolved at Level 2 or if no decision has been provided within fifteen (15) work days after the grievance hearing at level 2, the grievance may be elevated to level 3. Within five (5) work days after receiving the written grievance at level 3, the President of the College or designee will schedule a hearing within ten work days and provide a written decision within fifteen (15) work days of hearing the grievance.

If the grievance aggrieved person is not resolved satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level 2 Two, or if no decision has been provided rendered within fifteen seven (157) work working days after the grievance hearing at level 2presentation of the grievance, the grievance grievant may be elevated to level 3. Within five (5) work days after receiving the written grievance at level 3, file in writing with the President of the College within five (5) working days after the decision Level Two or designee will schedule a hearing within ten work twelve (12) working days and provide a written decision within fifteen (15) work days of hearing after the grievancegrievance was presented, whichever is sooner.
