Presentations by Others Sample Clauses
The "Presentations by Others" clause defines the conditions under which individuals or entities other than the primary parties to the agreement may make statements, representations, or presentations related to the subject matter of the contract. This clause typically clarifies whether such third-party presentations are considered binding or non-binding on the parties, and may specify the extent to which the parties can rely on information provided by brokers, agents, or other intermediaries. Its core function is to allocate responsibility and prevent misunderstandings by ensuring that only authorized statements are relied upon, thereby reducing the risk of disputes arising from unauthorized or inaccurate representations.
