Common use of Prescription Drug Plan Clause in Contracts

Prescription Drug Plan. All employees will be covered by a prescription drug program administered through a provider mutually agreeable to the parties. All employees covered by any medical plan will be covered by the Prescription Drug Plan as set forth in Appendix P. The level of benefits shall be the same as provided in the previous Collective Bargaining Agreement between the District and the CTU as provided by Medical Mutual of Ohio. (Appendix P.)
