Prepayment of Hire. In the circumstances described in the title to this section, a payment under this letter of credit is available to the Beneficiary if either this letter of credit is not renewed for a further year not later than 60 business days prior to the expiry date of this letter of credit or if, under the last paragraph of section 39.1(f) of the TCP, the Beneficiary is entitled to make demand under this letter of credit. In such circumstances the payment which the Beneficiary may then demand under this letter of credit is the remaining amount of our liability hereunder at the time of demand by the Beneficiary. This amount will be available to the Beneficiary on receipt of:
