PREDELIVERY SERVICE. The Dealer shall perform or be responsible for the performance of such inspection, conditioning and repair of each VEHICLE before delivery as may be prescribed for such VEHICLE in the Company's applicable predelivery inspection and conditioning schedules furnished by the Company to the Dealer. The Dealer shall maintain or be responsible for the maintenance of adequate records of all predelivery inspection, conditioning and repair work performed by or for the Dealer.

PREDELIVERY SERVICE. Dealer shall make certain that all Products offered for sale or displayed by it have been fully assembled, have received pre-delivery service and inspection in accordance with Absolute S.p.A. procedures and directives in effect from time to time and are in proper operating condition prior to delivery to any customer. Dealer shall not deliver to anyone any Products which are not fully set up or serviced or that have not passed pre-delivery inspection in accordance with Absolute S.p.A. procedures and directives. Dealer shall send to AXX a visual inspection report on each shipment of the Products received by Dealer as well as such other information on the quality and performance of the Products as may from time to time be reasonably required of Dealer by AXX.
PREDELIVERY SERVICE. DEALER agrees that prior to delivery of a new Kia vehicle to a customer, it shall perform predelivery service on each Kia vehicle in accordance with Kia standards and any applicable governmental requirements. COMPANY shall reimburse DEALER for such predelivery service according to such directives and the applicable provisions of the then current Kia warranty policies and procedures manual and subject to COMPANY's claims verification and other procedures.

  • Customer Service A. PRIMARY ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE. Supplier will assign an Account Representative to Sourcewell for this Contract and must provide prompt notice to Sourcewell if that person is changed. The Account Representative will be responsible for: • Maintenance and management of this Contract; • Timely response to all Sourcewell and Participating Entity inquiries; and • Business reviews to Sourcewell and Participating Entities, if applicable.

  • Redelivery Upon redelivery Lessee will provide to Lessor all documents necessary to export the Aircraft from the Habitual Base (including, without limitation, a valid and subsisting export licence for the Aircraft) and required in relation to the deregistration of the Aircraft with the Air Authority.

  • Interconnection Service Interconnection Service allows the Interconnection Customer to connect the Large Generating Facility to the Participating TO’s Transmission System and be eligible to deliver the Large Generating Facility’s output using the available capacity of the CAISO Controlled Grid. To the extent the Interconnection Customer wants to receive Interconnection Service, the Participating TO shall construct facilities identified in Appendices A and C that the Participating TO is responsible to construct. Interconnection Service does not necessarily provide the Interconnection Customer with the capability to physically deliver the output of its Large Generating Facility to any particular load on the CAISO Controlled Grid without incurring congestion costs. In the event of transmission constraints on the CAISO Controlled Grid, the Interconnection Customer's Large Generating Facility shall be subject to the applicable congestion management procedures in the CAISO Tariff in the same manner as all other resources.

  • SERVICE DELIVERABLES You will receive service on the Covered Product as described below: Carry-In: Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, the Covered Product must be shipped or delivered and retrieved by You at Our authorized service center during normal business hours. In-Home/On-Site: Service will be performed in Your home or on-site as indicated on the Declarations Page of this Agreement, or on Your sales receipt or invoice provided You have fulfilled the following requirements: (1) provide Our authorized technician with accessibility to the Covered Product; (2) provide a non-threatening and safe environment for Our authorized technician; and (3) an adult over the age of 18 must be present for the period of time Our authorized technician is scheduled to provide service and while Our authorized technician is on Your property servicing the Covered Product. In-Home Service will be provided by Our authorized service provider during regular business hours, local time, Monday through Friday, except holidays. Our authorized service center may opt to remove the Covered Product to perform service in-shop. The Covered Product will be returned upon completion. Additional time and mileage charges for in-home repairs outside of twenty-five (25) contiguous land miles or the normal service radius of Our authorized service center are not covered by this Agreement, and are Your responsibility.

  • DELIVERY: FOB DESTINATION, INSIDE DELIVERY, FREIGHT PAID Whenever possible, contractors should give the ordering entities 3 working days prior notice of any deliveries and/or installations. Furniture contractors will not be responsible for the removal/moving of existing furnishings unless requested by the ordering entity. Contractors should verify site readiness prior to delivery. All deliveries will be made during normal working hours unless otherwise arranged with the ordering entity. Contractor will communicate any scheduling delays and/or changes immediately. Agencies will not be responsible for any freight damage, concealed or otherwise.

  • CONTRACTOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE Contractor shall designate a customer service representative (and inform Enterprise Services of the same) who shall be responsible for addressing Purchaser issues pertaining to this Master Contract.

  • Delivery Points ‌ Project water made available to the Agency pursuant to Article 6 shall be delivered to the Agency by the State at the delivery structures established in accordance with Article 10.

  • Delivery Location All Goods shall be delivered to the address specified in this Order (the "Delivery Location") during Buyer's normal business hours or as otherwise instructed by Buyer.
