  • Preauthorized EFTs If you have arranged to have a direct deposit or preauthorized debit or credit made to your account at least once every 60 days from the same person or company, you can call us at (000) 000-0000 or use telephone access or Home Banking to find out whether or not the deposit has been made.

  • Preauthorized Credits If you have arranged to have direct deposits made to your account at least once every 60 days from the same person or company, you can call us to find out whether or not the deposit has been made.

  • Preauthorized Transfers You may arrange for deposits to be made to your Deposit Account(s) automatically when certain scheduled, recurring payments are received by us. You may arrange this service for such payments as Social Security payments, pension and annuity payments, compensation payments from your employer, or other recurring payments. You may also authorize us to make scheduled, reoccurring payments out of your checking or other transaction account to pay various individuals and organizations (like premium payments to your insurance company). Bill Pay is also available if you choose to activate this portion of Online Banking. By using Bill Pay, you authorize an electronic fund transfer from your checking account. This transaction is covered by Regulation E, and it is covered by the Electronic Fund Transfer Disclosure & Agreement. Call us at any location to find out how to arrange these services. See section number 7, for information on stopping preauthorized payments. To find out if a scheduled deposit has been made, see section number 2. ELECTRONIC CHECK CONVERSION/ELECTRONIC RETURNED CHECK FEES If you pay for purchases or bills with a check or draft, you may authorize your check or draft to be converted to an electronic funds transfer. You may also authorize merchants or other payees to electronically debit your account for returned check fees. Also, if your statement shows transfers that you did not make, including those made by card, code or other means, TELL US AT ONCE. You should also call the number or write to the address on the front of this booklet if you believe a transfer has been made using the information from your check without your permission BILLING ERRORS In case of errors or questions about an electronic funds transfer(s) from your account(s) or if you need more information about a transfer on the statements or receipt, please contact us at the address or phone number on the front of this booklet.

  • Preauthorized Payments You may make arrangements to pay certain recurring bills from your checking or savings account(s).

  • Procurement of Goods and Services (a) If the HSP is subject to the procurement provisions of the BPSAA, the HSP will abide by all directives and guidelines issued by the Management Board of Cabinet that are applicable to the HSP pursuant to the BPSAA.

  • Cloud Services If You would like to deploy Cloud Services, We grant You and Your Affiliates a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide right to authorize individuals solely within Your and Your Affiliates’ organization (“Users”) to access or exchange data via the Cloud Services during the Term (as defined in Section 8 below), but only for Your own internal business purposes and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and terms associated with the specific Cloud Services contained in the Order and applicable schedule(s). We are not responsible for web pages or servers that are not owned or controlled by Us, even if linked to (including via application programming interfaces) the Cloud Service. We do not endorse any sites on the Internet that are linked through the Cloud Service; such links are provided to You and your Users only as a convenience. In addition, certain third-party providers of ancillary software, hardware or services may require Your agreement to additional or different licence or other terms prior to Your or Your Users’ use of or access to such software, hardware or services. Cloud Services offerings may include a limited-use subscription to on- premise Software as described in the applicable schedule(s), and use of such Software must comply with all licence terms. Under no circumstances may the Cloud Services be used for any illegal or illicit purpose in any geography where the Cloud Services are used. You must: (i) protect the secrecy of Your authorized user IDs and passwords; (ii) notify Us immediately of any unauthorized use of any user ID or password or any other known or suspected breach of security; and (iii) report to Us immediately and use reasonable efforts to stop any copying or distribution of content not authorized by Us. You agree that anyone who inputs a valid user ID and password will be deemed an appropriate User unless and until You notify Us otherwise in writing. Any individual User who has violated this Section may have its account suspended.

  • Support Services HP’s support services will be described in the applicable Supporting Material, which will cover the description of HP’s offering, eligibility requirements, service limitations and Customer responsibilities, as well as the Customer systems supported.

  • TRANSPORT SERVICES Upon the conclusion of such multilateral negotiations, the Parties shall conduct a review for the purpose of discussing appropriate amendments to this Agreement so as to incorporate the results of such multilateral negotiations.

  • Implementation Services The Company and the Client have developed a plan for implementing the services to be provided hereunder, including with respect to the transition of responsibility for such services from the Client and its current administrator to the Company, which plan attached hereto as Schedule I (the “Implementation Plan”). The Company shall perform the services required to complete the Implementation Plan, as set forth therein (the “Implementation Services”). The Company and the Client shall comply with any applicable requirements agreed in the Implementation Plan.

  • Pharmacy Services The Contractor shall establish a network of pharmacies. The Contractor or its PBM must provide at least two (2) pharmacy providers within thirty (30) miles or thirty (30) minutes from a member’s residence in each county, as well as at least two (2) durable medical equipment providers in each county or contiguous county.
