No operations shall be allowed within 2 hours of sunrise and sunset (Section 71). • Activity in “live” streams shall not be allowed from September 16 through August 5. No operations shall be allowed within 2 hours of sunrise and sunset (Section 71). Area I south of Xxxxxx Creek Road and Areas II, IV, and V: • The following road segment shall be closed prior to October 1, annually: B18 to B19. This road may be reopened after May 31 upon written approval by STATE (Section 54). • Log hauling on unsurfaced roads shall not be allowed from October 1 through May 31 (Section 54). • Log hauling on surfaced roads in Area IV shall not be allowed from October 1 through May 31 (Section 54). • Felling operations shall not be allowed from April 1 through May 31 (Section 57). • Cable yarding operations shall not be allowed from April 1 through June 30 (Section 60). • Ground-based operations shall not be allowed from October 1 through May 31 (Section 61). • Road construction and improvement shall not be allowed from October 1 through May 31 (Section 71).
