Common use of PRE-NOTIFICATION ENTRIES Clause in Contracts

PRE-NOTIFICATION ENTRIES. In the event that Sub-Merchant chooses to originate a non-dollar Prenotification Entry to verify the accuracy of routing and account numbers, Sub-Merchant agrees not to initiate live dollar Entries until at least six (6) banking days following the settlement date of the Prenotification Entry. If Fattmerchant provides notice that a Prenotification Entry was rejected or returned, Sub-Merchant shall research the problem and make any necessary corrections before transmitting another Entry.
