Common use of Practitioner Examination Clause in Contracts

Practitioner Examination. The Employer may require an employee to take an examination, conducted by a licensed practitioner qualified in the relevant area selected by the Employer, to determine the employee’s physical or mental capability to perform the duties of the employee’s position. If found not qualified, the employee may be placed on sick leave or disability leave. The cost of the examination shall be paid by the County.
