Practice RPM Implementation. Practice RPM Implementation is the initial startup Service that kicks off on the Service Start Date. During Practice RPM Implementation the Athelas implementation team will work with Customer to determine which of Customer’s patients may benefit from RPM Services. Upon approval and ordering of RPM Services for Participating Patients, Athelas will then conduct outreach to patients via phone, email, text message, and via the Sign-Up Portal (defined below). Upon Participating Patient sign-up, Athelas will implement Patient RPM Onboarding.
