Posting of Union Notices. The Union shall post all union notices on the Employer’s bulletin boards in conformity with the following procedure: The Union shall present all notices other than those pertaining to union meetings, dues, entertainment and safety first to the Director of Employee Relations or the designated Human Resources representative for approval. Should any notice be disapproved, the Employer shall state the objection thereto so that the notice may be drafted free from such objections.
