Posting of the Seniority List. A. The seniority list shall be posted annually by November 30. The Personnel Department shall prepare for posting on the designated bulletin board in each building a seniority list indicating, by area of certification the date the employment contract was signed of all limited contracts. The Personnel Department employer shall prepare for posting and email to all bargaining unit members or post on the designated bulletin board in each building building/work site a seniority list indicating, by area of certification certification, license, or entry-level requirement, the first day worked, the date of employer resolution to hire, and the employment contract was signed status (limited or continuing) of all limited contractseach employee.
