In order to expedite filling of vacancies, Employers may elect to post vacancies simultaneously within the Regional Health Authority, other Provincial Regional Health Authorities, and externally. Nonetheless, first consideration, in accordance with Article 21.04, shall still be provided to HSAS applicants from within the geographic boundaries of the Regional Health Authority.
