Common use of Post-Employment Restrictions Clause in Contracts

Post-Employment Restrictions. 20.1 You agree for a period of six (6) months after the termination of your employment that you shall not either on your own account or on behalf of any other person, firm or company directly or indirectly, carry on or be engaged, concerned or interested in any business which is directly competitive with the business of securing television licenses and operating television stations in which the CME Group is engaged and with which you were actively involved in the twelve months preceding the termination of your employment (the “Restricted Business”) within the territories of operation of the CME Group.

Post-Employment Restrictions. 20.1 16.1 You agree for a period of six twelve (612) months after the termination of your employment that you shall not either on your own account or on behalf of any other person, firm or company directly or indirectly, carry on or be engaged, concerned or interested in any business which is directly competitive with the business of securing television licenses and licenses, operating television stations and programming services in which the CME Group is engaged and with which you were actively involved in the twelve months preceding the termination of your employment (the “"Restricted Business”") within the territories of operation of the CME Group.
