Common use of Possessions Clause in Contracts

Possessions. Valuable items left behind by the Tenant(s) will be held with every reasonable effort made for a safe return of the item. If items are not claimed for longer than 6 months they shall become the property of the Landlord. Landlord shall not be held liable for the condition of said items left by the Tenant(s).
