Alcohol and Tobacco. If the District determines that pupils may be present during the course of work on the Project, the Construction Manager must comply with all District requirements for criminal-history background checks, regardless of whether statutory requirements for such background checks otherwise would apply.
Alcohol and Tobacco. Student use of drugs, alcohol, and tobacco are prohibited on campus and on all school events, trips, and functions. They may not be kept in pockets or brought to classes. • Use is not allowed during school breaks or lunch. • Use is not allowed on any school trips including class trips, Service or during athletic events . • If students need to make a call home, the Middle School office phone is available at all times. A private phone can be made available upon request, anytime. • We ask parents not text or call students during the school day – messages may be left for students through the office. That being said, we urge families to make plans in advance of the school day so as not to interrupt teaching and learning. • Leaving one’s personal devices at home eliminates a temptation and distraction that is often too difficult for adolescents and preadolescents to resist and minimizes equity issues within our school community. • We ask parents not to call or text students during the school day. Routine expectations of students Arriving on time: School begins with first period at 8:00 am. Students are expected to be on campus from 8:00 am until 3:15 pm. We suggest students arrive by 7:50 am.

Prior to an Event parents of scouts needing prescription medication are required to present the medications required during the event to the Activity coordinator along with a troop medication form indicating medication type, dose, frequency and emergency contact information prior to any Scout leaving with the Troop on an event. Fighting Troop 567 has a zero tolerance policy for fighting. Fighting is not permitted and is grounds for immediate disciplinary action. Parents will be called and asked to take their Scout home.

Alcohol and Tobacco. Corinthians 9:22 states, “I have become all things to all men so that by all possible means I might save some.” In order to express the best image for Xxxxxx as possible, and in light of the alcohol-related problems so rampant in many coun- tries, we will abstain from drinking alcoholic beverages, using narcotics and tabacco (cigaretts, vape, marijuana, ect.) TRAVEL: Before planning any trips outside of our pre-scheduled group itinerary, we will discuss it with the team leader, nor will we travel anywhere without another team member. We agree to stay together in a group wherever we may go, unless given permission to be apart from the group. CONFLICT RESOLUTION: As a team, we agree that when we have conflicts and differences among ourselves, we will, first through prayer and time in the Word, examine ourselves for selfish motives and unrealistic expectations of the other person. We will take re- sponsibility to approach or confront the other person if it is appropriate. We will do this in love, for the purpose of restoring unity. We will forgive one another and pray together. We will not discuss the matter with other members of the team, causing them to become involved in the conflict. “In your anger, do not sin. Do not let the sun go down while you are still angry, and do not give the devil a foothold.” Ephesians 4:26-27. If a conflict cannot be settled among the two parties, they will then seek counsel from the group leader.
