Employee shall report directly to the President and CEO. Employee shall perform her duties at the Bank’s facility in Goleta, California, or such other location as the Bank may designate in its sole discretion.

  • General Relationship Executive shall be considered an employee of the Company within the meaning of all federal, state and local laws and regulations including, but not limited to, laws and regulations governing unemployment insurance, workers’ compensation, industrial accident, labor and taxes.

  • Scope of Relationship The parties agree that the relationship established by this Agreement is non-exclusive.   • Consulting Relationship During the term of this Agreement, Consultant will provide consulting services to the Company (the “Services”). Consultant shall use Consultant’s best efforts to perform the Services such that the results are satisfactory to the Company. Any consulting relationship between the Company and Consultant, whether commenced prior to or upon the date of this Agreement, shall be referred to herein as the “Consulting Relationship”.
