Working Relationship definition

Working Relationship. The Fire Chief, Assistant Fire Chiefs, Battalion Chiefs, Division Chiefs and any other City employees, such as the Captain identified in Section 10, working in the Holmen Area Fire District pursuant to this MOU is an employee of the City, bound by the Policies of the City and the Rules and Regulations of the City’s Police and Fire Commission, and will maintain compensation, fringe benefits, and workers compensation protection from the City during all times pertinent to this MOU. All fire personnel of the HAFA remain employees of the HAFA and will maintain compensation, fringe benefits and workers compensation protection from the HAFA during all time pertinent to this MOU.
