Ballot Box. The OPBA shall be permitted, upon prior written notification to the Sheriff, to place a ballot box at employee work buildings for the purpose of collecting members’ ballots on all OPBA issues subject to ballot. Such boxes shall be the property of the OPBA, the ballot boxes and the ballots shall not be subject to the Employer’s review.
