Policies and Practices. Executive agrees to abide by all the Company rules, regulations, instructions, policies, practices and procedures as amended from time to time and as posted on the Company’s intranet and to indemnify the Company for any loss suffered as a consequence of a breach by Executive of such Company rules, regulations, instructions, policies, practices and procedures.
