Planning Days. Teacher Assistants and Exceptional Education Teacher Assistants shall receive three (3) extra workdays in addition to the contract days. The extra days shall be assigned as follows: 1. The first day shall be allocated for the assigned teacher and shall occur during the three teacher preparation days before the first day of school with students. 2. One of these days shall be reserved for the discretion of the Executive Director of Exceptional Education for the purpose of mandatory training to be assigned at the end of the first or end of the third quarters.
