Plan Termination, Discontinuance of Employer Contributions. (a) The Employer may terminate the Plan at any time in whole or in part. In the event of the dissolution, merger, consolidation, or reorganization of the Employer, the Plan shall automatically terminate as provided in paragraph (b) below unless the Plan is continued by a successor employer in accordance with Section 13.4.

The Advisory Committee will make this allocation as of the last day of each Plan Year unless, in Adoption Agreement Section 3.04, the Employer elects more frequent allocation dates for salary reduction contributions.
