Plan of Improvement. Employees placed on a plan of improvement for performance reasons shall be afforded a minimum of six (6) weeks to remediate and improve their work performance. Employees failing to successfully complete a plan of improvement shall be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal from employment.
