Pickups. 14.01 The Employer reserves the right to "pickups”. Matter once paid for by the Employer shall always remain the property of the Employer; whether in type or other form.
Pickups. Participant may refuse Products, which are shipped incorrectly, not ordered, or shipped outside the applicable Yum! published shelf life matrix or which are otherwise non-conforming, in each case, at the time of delivery; provided, however, that Participant may refuse produce Products consistent with the customary practices in effect as of the Effective Date. Distributor shall pick up any such refused Product at the time of delivery or, in any event, on the next scheduled delivery except that: (i) produce Products, due to perishability, will not be picked up; and (ii) no frozen or refrigerated Products will be picked up once such Products have left Distributor’s possession. Distributor shall promptly issue credit to the applicable Participant for such returned Products. For Key Drop Deliveries, as defined in Section 3(b)(ii) of this Agreement, Participant must notify Distributor of shorts and damages by 11:00 a.m. the day the Product was delivered to be eligible for credit. Nothing in this Agreement precludes or limits Participant’s right to request credit for or pickup of Products with defects or which are non-conforming in ways not evident to a superficial visual inspection of the Products upon their delivery; provided, however, produce Products, due to perishability, will not be picked up and no frozen or refrigerated Products will be picked up once such Products have left Distributor’s possession. Participant’s requests for credit for Products with defects or which are non-conforming in ways not evident to a superficial visual inspection of the Products shall be directed to the Yum! Quality Assurance Hotline (the “Hotline”). The Hotline will evaluate the Participant’s request for credit and the supporting detail and recommend a credit, partial credit or no credit be provided by the Distributor to the Participant. The Hotline’s recommendation concerning the credit is non-binding and issues and other disputes concerning any credit will be resolved directly between the Distributor and the Participant. Products refused by Participants for reasons other than those stated above, shall be subject to a 15% restocking charge imposed by Distributor.
Pickups. 1. Pickup periods quoted at the time of ordering are approximate only and may vary. Some restaurants may not offer pickup facility.
Pickups. The frequency of pickups shall be indicated on the agency purchase orders. Purchase orders may be issued for service to be provided “on call” or “as needed” based on using agency requirements.
Pickups. IF DESIRED, THE CONSIGNOR CAN RECLAIM UNSOLD ITEMS, BUT IT IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONSIGNOR TO RECLAIM THOSE ITEMS FIVE (5) CALENDAR DAYS OR LESS BEFORE THE EXPIRATION DATE. Claudine’s Consignment, LLC will NOT notify the consignor prior to the expiration date. After 90 days, all items automatically become property of Claudine’s Consignment, LLC.
Pickups. Items that have not sold after a minimum of 60 days of display are marked down or set aside to be returned to the consignor. When the consignor drops off merchandise, they much choose whether or not they want to pick up their unsold items. If they would like their unsold items returned, there will be a flat $10 fee for pulling and setting aside the items. Consignor must pick up unsold item within 7 calendar days after email notification. All unsold items NOT picked up within 10 calendar days will without further notice automatically become property of So Precious In HIS Sight, LLC. If items do not sell, the consignor can choose for SPIHS to donate them.
Pickups. Consignor must give a minimum of two (5) days’ notice before pickup
Pickups. Lessee must call or provide electronic submission to Lessor when ready to have containers picked up. Lessor will record in its electronic system the specific container pickup information provided verbally by Lessee. All information provided by Lessee through a verbal pickup request is binding and any conflicts will be resolved by the data appearing in Lessor’s electronic systems. If Lessee calls in for container pickup, Lessee will be required to list each container number that Lessee is requesting to be picked up, as well as the date for pick up including exact physical address of the container for pickup. Please make sure that the containers listed for pickup are empty, swept out and the doors unlocked or Lessee will be subject to additional charges. Also, please note if there are any restrictions at Lessee location that Lessor needs to know in advance of the pickup, for example: Daily hours available for pickup; If there are any weather conditions restricting pickup; If there is any specific personnel required to be seen prior to the pickup. Pursuant to this agreement and its Terms and Conditions, please note that Lessee will be responsible for 125% of any transportation fees (dry run costs) if upon arrival for pickup the container(s) are either filled with items or locked or if there are any other conditions impeding the pickup of the container or causing the container to be inaccessible. If so, Lessee will be charged the full cost of the dry run. Also, please be aware that if Lessee signed a contract with a minimum guaranteed number of billing cycles, Lessee will be held responsible for full payment of the entire term. Additionally, Lessee is required to sweep out the container and to make sure there is no graffiti or Lessee will be held responsible according to the terms of this agreement. If Lessee’s account is not current at the time Lessee requests a pick up, the container may not be picked up until the past due amount has been completely satisfied. If Lessee’s account is not current at the time Lessee requests a pickup, the Lease Rental Agreement governing the requested container to be picked up will be put back on lease and will continue to accrue regular charges per this Agreement until such time as Lessee’s account is made current. If Lessee chooses to request a container pickup then Lessee may request a pickup as long as terms of this Agreement are met. Distributor shall pick up any such refused Product at the time of delivery or in any event on the next scheduled delivery, except that produce Products, due to perishability, will not be picked up and will be presumed accepted at the time Buyer accepts the delivery in writing. For Key Drop Deliveries, as defined in Section 3(b), Buyer must notify Distributor by 11:00 a.m. the day the Product was delivered to be eligible for credit.

The agency reserves the right to increase or decrease the number, size, and location of recycling containers, in addition to the frequency of pickups, as the need arises. The agency shall provide ten days’ notice for any change in container size, quantity, or service frequency. All pickups shall be made on the date and times as directed by the agency and servicing of the location shall be made known to the agency representative at each location. A written notice shall be left with agency representative after each service. The agency may substitute with written notice confirming service by the drive to allow the Contractor to fax or e-mail a confirming service notice to the specified agency representative for each dumpster serviced, provided each servicing notice is presentative within eight (8) hours after being picked up. The agency may discontinue the faxing alternative method at any time.
