Pickups Clause Samples

The "Pickups" clause defines the procedures and responsibilities related to the collection or retrieval of goods, equipment, or materials. Typically, it specifies who is responsible for arranging pickups, the timing and location for collection, and any requirements for notification or documentation. For example, it may require the buyer to collect goods from the seller’s premises within a certain timeframe or outline the process for returning rented equipment. This clause ensures clarity and accountability in the transfer or return of items, helping to prevent disputes over logistics and timing.
