Common use of Photograph Waiver Clause in Contracts

Photograph Waiver. The Student grants permission to the Institution and/or the Manager to use photographs or videotapes taken of the Student in or about the Student Housing for use (i) in advertising, direct mail, brochures, newsletters and magazines relating to the Institution, the Manager or the Student Housing, (iii) in electronic versions of the same publications or on web sites or other electronic form or media relating to the Institution, the Manager or the Student Housing, and (iii) on display boards within the Student Housing or the Institution, all without notification. The Student waives any right to inspect or approve any finished photograph or videotape or any electronic matter that may be used in conjunction with a photograph or videotape now or in the future and waives any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of any such photograph, videotape or electronic matter.
