Common use of Photograph Waiver Clause in Contracts

Photograph Waiver. The Resident grants permission to the Institution and/or the Manager, the Owner to use photographs or videotapes taken of the Resident in or about the Residence for use (i) in advertising, direct mail, brochures, newsletters and magazines relating to the Institution, the Manager, the Owner or the Residence, (iii) in electronic versions of the same publications or on web sites or other electronic form or media relating to the Institution, the Manager, the Owner or the Residence, and (iii) on display boards within the Residence or the Institution, all without notification. The Resident waives any right to inspect or approve any finished photograph or videotape or any electronic matter that may be used in conjunction with a photograph or videotape now or in the future and waives any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of any such photograph, videotape or electronic matter.
