Personnel Changes. If Charterer should be dissatisfied with the conduct of the Master, officers or crew, Owner shall, on receiving particulars of the complaint, investigate it and, if reasonably justified, make a change in the appointments. In any event, Owner shall communicate in writing the result of its investigation to Charterer as soon as possible. Charterer agrees to refrain from arbitrarily requiring changes in appointments.
