Common use of PERSONNEL & ATTIRE Clause in Contracts

PERSONNEL & ATTIRE. The Organiser reserves the right to determine whether the character and/or attire of the Exhibitor’s personnel at its exhibit is acceptable and in keeping with the best interests of exhibitors and the Exhibition. Further, the exhibitor expressly agrees that, without the prior written consent of the Organiser, its personnel will not exhibit any goods, wares, or merchandise in the official hotels during the period of the Exhibition. All official matters relating to the Exhibition are to be conducted in a manner by the Organiser.
