Personal Property of the County. The County, at its own expense, may install equipment and other personal property in or on the Leased Property, which equipment or other personal property shall not become part of the Leased Property unless it is permanently affixed to the Leased Property or removal of it would materially damage the Leased Property, in which case it will become part of the Leased Property.
