Personal Days In addition to the holidays listed in. Section 1 herein, each full- time employee with one (1) full year of continuous service with the Police Department shall be entitled to two (2) personal days, sixteen (16) hours per year and three (3) holiday, twenty- four (24) hours per year in lieu of all other compensation for working regular schedules on the ten (10)
