PERMITS, FEES AND NOTICES. Except as otherwise provided in the Contract Documents, Contractor shall secure and pay for all permits, licenses, and certificates necessary for prosecution of Work before the date of the commencement of the Work or before the permits, licenses, and certificates are legally required to continue the Work without interruption. Contractor shall obtain and pay, when legally required, for all licenses, permits, inspections, and inspection certificates required by any authority having jurisdiction over any part of the Work included in the Contract.
