PERMITS, FEES AND NOTICES. 3.7.1 The Owner shall issue at its expense, the building permit required under current Florida Building Code. The Owner shall obtain and if required for site plan approval. The Contractor shall secure and pay for right-of-way utilization permits, and any other permits and governmental fees, licenses and inspections which are customarily secured after execution of the Contract and necessary for proper execution and completion of the Work.
