PERMITS AND TAXES. Unless otherwise provided in the Contract Documents, the Contractor shall obtain, and pay for, all construction permits, licenses or other permits necessary to complete the Project, and shall be responsible for all governmental charges, inspection fees, utility connection charges, and sales and use taxes.
