Permanent Closure. In the case of a permanent closure of the Pooh Corner Day Care Centre Society, each employee shall receive two weeks' pay, at their current rate of pay, for each completed year of service, up to a maximum of 10 weeks' pay.

Permanent Closure. (a) In the case of a permanent closure of the Pooh Corner Day Care Daycare Centre Society, each employee shall receive two (2) weeks' pay, at their current rate of pay, for each completed year of service, up to a maximum of 10 ten (10) weeks' pay. (b) In the event of closure, the Employer agrees to provide the employees with as much notice as possible, but in any event not less than thirty (30) days’ notice.
