Periodic Update of Contact Information. The District shall provide the Association with a complete roster of bargaining unit employees, including the same information in the same format as the Article 3.2.8 above, within ninety (90) days of the effective date of this Agreement, and on the last working day of every September, January and May.

Periodic Update of Contact Information. The District shall provide the Association with a complete roster list of all bargaining unit employees, including the same members’ names and contact information in the same format as the Article 3.2.8 above, within ninety at least every one hundred twenty (90120) days of the effective date of this Agreement(September, January, and on May). (Gov’t Code § 3558) The information will be provided to Association electronically via a mutually agreeable secure FTP site or service.
