Common use of Performance Review Committee Clause in Contracts

Performance Review Committee. 10.5.1 If, on the basis of performance review, a second opinion is deemed necessary by either the employee or the Xxxx/Manager, the employee or the Xxxx/Manager may ask for a mutually agreed upon third party to assist them to develop an action plan to address their differences. Such a plan must be in writing, signed by both the employee and the Xxxx/Manager, and, unless mutually agreed, developed within 5 duty days of the request for assistance. If neither asks for third party assistance, the matter shall be referred to a Performance Review Committee.
