Usage Reports The Contractor shall submit usage reports on an annual basis to the assigned Deputy Purchasing Agent of the County of Orange user agency/department. Adverse Reports The College shall notify an employee in writing of any expression of dissatisfaction concerning his/her work within ten (10) working days of the event of the complaint, with a copy to the Chair of the Union Standing Committee. If this procedure is not followed, such expression of dissatisfaction shall not become a part of his/her personnel file for use against him/her at any time. Compliance Reports The Subadvisor at its expense will provide the Advisor with such compliance reports relating to its duties under this Agreement as may be agreed upon by such parties from time to time.
