Payment for period of leave. A team member going on Annual Leave shall be paid in addition to their ordinary time earnings for the period of leave a loading of 17.5% prior to the commencement of such leave.

Payment for period of leave. A 40.6.1 While on annual leave, each permanent team member going on Annual Leave shall be paid at their current rate of pay as outlined in Schedule 1 for each hour of annual leave taken. In addition to their ordinary time earnings for the period rate of leave a loading pay prescribed in this Sub-clause, each team member shall be paid an additional amount of 17.5% prior to the commencement calculated on their ordinary rate of such leavepay rate so prescribed.
