Payment for Late Return. When the musician’s time of return to his/her normal centre of employment is between midnight and 2am, the following additional payments shall be made by the engager: • Return between midnight and 12.30am £5.00 • Return between 12.30am and 1.00am £10.00 • Return between 1.00am and 2.00am £15.00 'Time of return' is defined with reference to the musician's time of departure from the rehearsal or concert venue, the distance to be travelled to the recognised central point of the musician's normal centre of employment, and an average speed of travel of 50mph. The time of departure is deemed to be fifteen minutes after the finishing time of the concert or rehearsal, as defined in Clause 2(a) above.

Payment for Late Return. When the musician’s time of return to home base, moving base or his/her normal centre of employment is between midnight and 2am, additional payments shall be made. The amount of these shall be as per Appendix 3 of the MU/RNS agreement. 'Time of return' is defined with reference to the musician's time of departure from the performance venue, the distance to be travelled to the home base, moving base or the recognised central point of the musician's normal centre of employment, and an average speed of travel of 50mph. The time of departure is deemed to be 15 minutes after the finishing time of the session, as defined in Clause 3(a) above.
Payment for Late Return. When the musician’s time of return to his/her normal centre of employment is between midnight and 2am, an additional payment of £10.00 shall be made by BCMG. 'Time of return' is defined with reference to the musician's time of departure from the rehearsal or concert venue, the distance to be travelled to the recognised central point of the musician's normal centre of employment, and an average speed of travel of 50mph. The time of departure is deemed to be fifteen minutes after the finishing time of the concert or rehearsal, as defined in Clause 2(a) above.
Payment for Late Return. Where the musician’s time of return to his/her normal centre of employment is between midnight and 12.30am a payment of £7.00 shall be made by the NCO in addition to the fee. Between 12.30am and 1.00am a payment of £12.00 and between 1.00am and 2.00am a payment of £17.00. For the purposes of calculating the return times in (i) and (ii) above, when the mileage payment in 9(i)a is made, 15 minutes should be added to the finishing time of concert and the journey time calculated at an average speed of 50mph.

  • Payment for TIPS Sales TIPS Members may make payments for TIPS Sales directly to Vendor, Vendor’s Authorized Reseller, or as otherwise agreed to in the applicable Supplemental Agreement after receipt of the invoice and in compliance with applicable payment statutes.   • Payment for Working Overtime 35.1(a) Except as provided for elsewhere in this clause, for all work done outside ordinary hours on any day or shift (as defined in this agreement) the overtime rates of pay are time and a half for the first three hours and double time thereafter until the completion of the overtime work. For continuous shift workers the rate for working overtime is double time.

  • Payment for Unused Sick Leave a. An employee with less than ten (10) years of continuous University service, as defined herein, who separates from the University shall not be paid for any unused sick leave. For employees appointed on or before 1/7/03 University service includes continuous employment by the University or the State of Florida.

  • Payment for Working Overtime on a Holiday Where an employee is required to work authorized overtime in excess of his regularly scheduled hours on a paid holiday, such employee shall receive twice (2x) his regular straight time hourly rate for such authorized overtime.

  • Payment for Working on a Holiday (The following clause is applicable to part-time employees only) The holidays listed in the part-time local Appendix for the purposes of Article 16.03(b) shall be the same holidays as are listed in the full-time Local Provisions Appendix. If an employee is required to work on any of the holidays set out in the local Appendix the employee shall be paid at the rate of time and one-half (1-1/2) her regular straight time hourly rate of pay for all hours worked on such holiday.

  • Payment for leave (a) Payment will be made based on the number of ordinary hours the Employee would have worked on the day or days on which the leave was taken.

  • Payment for Securities Sold, etc In its sole discretion and from time to time, the Custodian may credit the Fund Custody Account, prior to actual receipt of final payment thereof, with (i) proceeds from the sale of Securities which it has been instructed to deliver against payment, (ii) proceeds from the redemption of Securities or other assets of the Fund, and (iii) income from cash, Securities or other assets of the Fund. Any such credit shall be conditional upon actual receipt by Custodian of final payment and may be reversed if final payment is not actually received in full. The Custodian may, in its sole discretion and from time to time, permit the Fund to use funds so credited to the Fund Custody Account in anticipation of actual receipt of final payment. Any such funds shall be repayable immediately upon demand made by the Custodian at any time prior to the actual receipt of all final payments in anticipation of which funds were credited to the Fund Custody Account.
