Payment for Bus Drivers’ Uniforms. Any bus driver who chooses to purchase a Board approved uniform will have the opportunity have the purchase price (not to exceed $150) deducted from their paychecks in four (4) equal payments. The purchasing driver shall execute and deliver a promissory note payable to the Board bearing no interest but bearing interest at the maximum legal rate upon default in payment.

  • Payment for TIPS Sales TIPS Members may make payments for TIPS Sales directly to Vendor, Vendor’s Authorized Reseller, or as otherwise agreed to in the applicable Supplemental Agreement after receipt of the invoice and in compliance with applicable payment statutes. Regardless of how payment is issued or received for a TIPS Sale, Vendor is responsible for all reporting and TIPS Administration Fee payment requirements as stated herein.

  • Time Off in Lieu of Payment for Overtime An employee may elect, with the consent of the Company, to take time off in lieu of payment of overtime at a time or times agreed with the Company.
