Payment and Prepayment of the Bonds. Reference is made to the Form of Bond included in the Form of Supplemental Indenture attached as Exhibit A hereto for the agreements relating to the payment and prepayment of the Bonds made by the Company with the Trustee for the benefit of the holders of the Bonds. SECTION 9. Affirmative Covenants So long as any of the Bonds are outstanding, the Company covenants that it will abide by, maintain and keep all covenants made by it in the Mortgage to the Trustee for the benefit of the holders of the Bonds, including the covenants set forth in Article IV of the Mortgage. In addition, so long as any of the Bonds are outstanding, the Company covenants as follows: Section 9.1.
