PATCH LEVELS CRITERIA. The following Patch Levels are agreed upon between COUNTY and CONTRACTOR. These Patches are paying for an enhanced level of Psychiatric and Psychological Services that are above what is required by State Licensing Regulations, and are inclusive of Indigent and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Conservatorship eligible clients. COUNTY and CONTRACTOR shall participate in bi-weekly and/or monthly meetings to address general treatment and determine the appropriateness of Patch Levels for COUNTY patients. DRAFT CONTRACTOR shall review Patch Levels on a monthly basis for appropriateness and determination of levels and provides documentation justification back up for all patch levels. A summary of monthly reviews shall be submitted to COUNTY designated clinical staff via email. 8.1. Long Term Care (LTX), Inclusive of Indigent and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Clients: 8.1.1. STP Patch LEVEL B Adult Adaptive, Special, Extraordinary Needs Mental Health In-Patient Client/24- Hour Facility that includes: • Basic Care Services • LTC Treatment Services • Case Management Services 8.2.3. STP Patch LEVEL C Adult Adaptive, Special, Extraordinary Needs Mental Health In-Patient Client/24- Hour Facility that includes: • Basic Care Services • Appropriate Treatment Services Based on Level of Care • Case Management Services • High Acuity • AWOL Risk • Additional staffing required 8.3. ANCILLARY SERVICES: DRAFT Ancillary service rates will be negotiated and agreed upon by both COUNTY and CONTRACTOR prior to the cost being incurred. Ancillary services will include: • Transportation Costs • Client Accompaniment to Doctor’s or court Appointments • Costs to Move Client to Contractor’s Facility • Other Medical/Pharmaceutical Services Related to the Care of the COUNTY Client that are not reimbursed by Medi-Cal • Contractor Incurred expenses for specialists needed to meet Client’s needs.
