Party may require CEO Meeting. If the Dispute is not resolved (as evidenced by the terms of a written settlement signed by each Party’s duly authorised representative) within 20 Business Days after the Receipt Date then either Party may, by written notice, require that the senior executive officer of each Party meet at a place agreed between the Parties within 30 Business Days after the Receipt Date and must attempt, in good faith by way of discussions and using their best endeavours, to resolve the Dispute within 35 Business Days after the Receipt Date (CEO Meeting).
