PARTNER4WORK Responsibilities. PARTNER4WORK shall monitor, evaluate and provide guidance and direction to SUBRECIPIENT in the conduct of Approved Services performed under this Agreement. PARTNER4WORK has the responsibility to determine whether SUBRECIPIENT has spent funds in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, including the federal audit requirements and agreements and shall monitor the activities of SUBRECIPIENT to ensure that SUBRECIPIENT has met such requirements. PARTNER4WORK may require SUBRECIPIENT to take corrective action if deficiencies are found.
