Membership Eligibility To join the Credit Union, you must meet the membership requirements, including purchase and maintenance of the minimum required share(s) (“membership share”) as set forth in the Credit Union’s bylaws. Student Eligibility A. The Texas Success Initiative (TSI) requires mandatory assessment for all students to determine college readiness in reading, writing and math. The xxxx authorizes the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board to prescribe assessment instruments with a statewide passing standard. The initiative allows an institution to determine when a student is ready to perform college‐level coursework. High School students who seek to register in a dual credit course, which will grant college credit must prove “college readiness” by achieving a college level score as outlined in Appendix A.
Funding Eligibility Contractor understands, acknowledges, and agrees that, pursuant to Chapter 2272 (eff. Sept. 1, 2021, Ch. 2273) of the Texas Government Code, except as exempted under that Chapter, HHSC cannot contract with an abortion provider or an affiliate of an abortion provider. Contractor certifies that it is not ineligible to contract with HHSC under the terms of Chapter 2272 (eff. Sept. 1, 2021, Ch. 2273) of the Texas Government Code.

Eligibility for Promotion An employee in the classification of Police Officer must have a minimum of five (5) years service in the classification of Lincoln Police Officer as of March 1 of the testing year to be eligible to test for the classification of Sergeant.
