Wire Transfer Eligibility Clause Samples
The Wire Transfer Eligibility clause defines the conditions under which parties may use wire transfers as a method of payment. It typically outlines the types of transactions or accounts that qualify for wire transfers, and may specify requirements such as minimum transfer amounts, approved banking institutions, or necessary documentation. By establishing clear criteria for when and how wire transfers can be used, this clause helps prevent payment errors and ensures that both parties understand the acceptable methods for transferring funds.
