Participant Group Allocation (New Comparability) Method Sample Clauses

Participant Group Allocation (New Comparability) Method. If the Employer has elected the Participant group allocation method in the Adoption Agreement, either each Participant will constitute a “separate allocation groupfor purposes of allocating Employer Profit Sharing Contributions or Participants will be divided into groups specified on the Adoption Agreement.
