Allocated Portion definition

Allocated Portion means, in relation to Funding Instruments which cannot be rolled over or re-financed by virtue of a Market Disruption Event, the portion of such Funding Instruments allocated to the Beneficiary Member State by reference to the proportion the aggregate of the outstanding Financial Assistance Amounts provided by EFSF to the Beneficiary Member State bears to the aggregate principal amount of financial assistance provided by EFSF to all beneficiary member states which is outstanding.

Allocated Portion means the Purchaser’s pro rata portion of the Maximum Share of Proceeds calculated based on the Purchaser’s Subscription Amount proportion to the Maximum Share of Proceeds.

• The Manager will pay the Adviser an advisory fee with respect to the Allocated Portion as specified in Appendix A to this Agreement.

More Definitions of Allocated Portion

Allocated Portion shall have the meaning specified in Section 4.3(c) of this Agreement.

Allocated Portion means, with respect to Seller 88.19%, with respect to Theragroup 6.16%, and with respect to Bereke 5.65%, as shall be further provided pursuant to a customary letter of direction delivered by the Sellers' Representative to Purchaser prior to Closing.
