Common use of Part-time Vacation Pay Clause in Contracts

Part-time Vacation Pay. All part-time employees will receive their vacation pay bi-weekly with their regular pay. The amount of such vacation pay will be separately identified on the pay statement. NOTE: For those employers not currently providing, effective the 2025 vacation year.
